Built to do things right.

ESA Optim Trans is a road freight company from Suceava with twenty vehicles, working as an Amazon subcontractor across almost all of Europe. Alkeme Design designed the logo and the brand identity, wrote and built a bilingual website, and created the marketing materials and the Instagram presence, so the company finally looks as serious as its fleet.

The problem

ESA Optim Trans runs ten tractor units, two curtain-sided semi-trailers and eight rigid box trucks, and delivers for Amazon across almost all of Europe. Online, none of that was visible. A transport company is judged on trust before the first quote, and the brand had nothing that showed the scale and the discipline of the work.

The concept

We took the line already painted on their trucks, Built to do things right, and made it the brand. The logo was designed with a truck at its centre, and the website, the photography and the Instagram feed all speak in the same red and graphite, the colours of the fleet, so a client sees the same company on the road and on the screen.

01

The logo

A new mark, designed around a truck, in the red and graphite of the fleet. It works in colour and in white on dark, on the cab, on the website and as an Instagram avatar.

02

On the fleet

The new mark on the curtain-sided trailer, next to the line Built to do things right. The logo was drawn to read from a distance, on the road, before anyone sees the website.

03

The website

A bilingual website, Romanian and English, built around what a shipper needs to know: the fleet, the routes, the type of cargo and how to ask for a quote. The hero runs a slow video of the truck under a graphite layer, an odometer rolls past three million kilometres, the fleet sits in tabs, and a map shows the routes across Europe.

04

On mobile

Most of the first contacts come from a phone, between two loads. The menu, the fleet and the map are rebuilt for a narrow screen, with targets large enough for a thumb.

05

The Instagram grid

Eighteen posts designed as one system: the fleet, the routes, the people and the numbers, in the same typography and the same red as the website, so the profile reads as one company and not as a camera roll.

06

Stories

Three stories in the same system as the grid: a quote request, the type of cargo and the work for Amazon, each with one clear call to action.

07

The reel

Fifteen seconds: the truck in a slow pan, the odometer passing three million kilometres, then the logo, the line and the call to action.

What we did

FAQ

Questions we get

What did Alkeme Design do for ESA Optim Trans?

We designed the logo and the brand identity, wrote and built a bilingual website in Romanian and English, created the marketing materials, from fleet imagery to the truck video, designed the Instagram grid, three stories and a reel, and set up SEO, GEO and AEO, so the company can be found and trusted before the first call.

Can a transport company use Instagram to win clients?

Yes, if the feed shows the fleet, the routes and the discipline of the work. For ESA the grid, the stories and the reel use the same colours and typography as the website, so the profile supports the sale.

Do you design logos for transport companies?

Yes. For ESA we designed the mark around a truck, in the colours of the fleet, so it reads from a distance on a trailer and stays clear as a small Instagram avatar.

What should a website for a transport company include?

The things a shipper checks before the first load: the fleet, the types of trailer, the routes and countries, the type of cargo, a fast way to ask for a quote, a phone and WhatsApp contact, and the legal pages. If the company works abroad, it should be in English as well.

Why does a logistics or road freight company need a website?

Shippers and freight forwarders check a carrier before they trust it with cargo. A clear website shows the scale of the fleet, the routes and the discipline of the work, and gives Google, Instagram and the business profile one place to point to.

Do you design websites for haulage, logistics and car transport companies?

Yes. ESA Optim Trans is a road freight carrier working across Europe, and The Cargo Brothers is a vehicle transport brand in Romania and Europe, for which we also built a price calculator. Both sites are designed and built from scratch.

Should a transport company website be in English as well as Romanian?

If the routes cross borders, yes. Clients and partners abroad search in English, so the ESA website is bilingual, with every page and every call to action in both languages.

How can a transport company get more clients online?

Be findable and be clear: a website with the services, the fleet and the routes written the way shippers search for them, structured data for Google, a verified business profile and an Instagram feed that shows the real fleet.

Can a transport company have a strong brand?

Yes. A logo that reads from a distance on a trailer, the colours of the fleet used everywhere and one line people remember. For ESA it is Built to do things right, the line that was already painted on the trucks.

Decisions, and why

The slogan was already on the truck

Built to do things right was painted on the trailer. We made it the line of the brand instead of inventing a new one.

The colours of the fleet

Red and graphite come from the trucks themselves, so the website and the feed look like the company a client sees on the road.

Facts, not promises

The site states what the company can prove: twenty vehicles, the types of trailer, general cargo and the routes across Europe.

The result

ESA Optim Trans now has a logo and a brand identity, a bilingual website with copywriting, a video hero, legal pages and structured data, marketing materials and an Instagram grid with stories and a reel, all in one system.
